abbey kay & boohoo with soap & glory

A box from Boohoo that’s filled with Soap & Glory products. That sounds like a dream. (Except it isn’t!). Treating yourself sounds like a dream too, but it doesn’t have to cost you a whole lot of time or money like the majority of us think it does. That’s why I’ve teamed up with the two brands to share my tips on how I find ways to relax at home with little to no time to spare, & at no cost!

One of my favorite ways to pamper myself is to hop into my cozy bed & take a quick nap. I’m not kidding. There’s nothing more giving to thyself than a 15 minute afternoon snooze. It makes me feel refreshed & gives me that extra oomf to get through the rest of my to-do list for the day. Pampering done!

Another way I like to make myself feel rejuvenated is to apply a favorite lotion of mine to my hands & give myself a simple hand massage. We use our hands so much during the day that I feel like we truly forget to take care of them. The Hand Food Mini from Soap & Glory works wonders, & it smells so good too! Your hands will thank you later.

Creativity is relaxing to me. When I feel inspired, I feel at peace. So sometimes when I need to treat myself I scroll through a favorite blog that has lively colors, check out a collective brands Instagram, or flip through an artsy magazine. Those few minutes of calm, quiet, & “blocking everything else out” is what helps me to regain energy & motivation.

You don’t always need a vacation, or a spa, or even a full day to refresh your mind & soul. Just engage in something you realize you need or love, that’s it. And remember to be gracious to your busy self & to allow the relaxing moments to seep into your daily life, then maybe a vacation to Hawaii wearing a Boohoo swimsuit will eventually come your way!
