On Saturday afternoon my cousin Katherine got married! Yay, congrats to her & her new hubby Josh! They live in California so my family & I took the little 4 1/2 hour drive to help celebrate the nuptials. It’s always so much fun catching up with these cousins that we never see often enough. It’s always like we’re kids again when we hang out! It’s the best. Anyways, I packed a million too many clothes because I had no clue what to wear to a November wedding in Cali. I brought a lot of pieces that would mix & match with each other & hoped that I’d pull something off. I chose a maxi purple skirt & wore it with a tan & black floral cut out crop top. My black tie booties made the ensemble more masculine & my repurposed gold chain tied it all together perfectly. Oh! And my round sunnies! Check out that bold shape! It was a perfect wedding at a perfect garden venue with absolutely perfect weather. And food! Oh, and ice cream!! They had ice cream instead of cake, can you say yum!?! So good. It was a great day filled with family laughter & memories. I love my Cali cousins!
